Building and Construction Consultation
Building and construction consultation services to bring properties into compliance with city Building Departments.
Conduct necessary research and site visits to better understand nature of any existing complaints. This includes visits to building department(s) and review of archives and any documentation.
Secure necessary permits and master job card. This card will have final signature from building department and allow an (CFC) certificate of final completion and occupancy.
Secure the services of architect and develop necessary plans that address any complaints or direction from inspector and/or building department.
Submit estimates, timelines and scope documents for the execution of any construction services that may be required based on architectural plans and building department requirements.
Schedule/attend required inspections. Document any revisions (as may be required) and ensure that inspections are passed and final authorization from inspector is secured.
